Delta – Closed-end Real Estate Fund, was successfully placed under the Public Offer for Subscription, which was completed on 15 December 2006.

Since Wednesday 11 March 2009 the units of the Fund have been tradable on Borsa Italiana’s Telematic Funds Market Segment.
